Weekly Student Center Meetings

- Time: Thursdays 3-4 pm 

- Location: Student Center

- Discussions on meditation and mindfulness

- Breathing exercises

- Learning eastern and western contemplative philosophies (Buddhism, Hinduism, Stoicism)

- Guided meditations

- Silent Meditation

- Nature walks

- Community service and fundraising

- MBSR beginner course (on going)

Special Events

- Meditation workshops once in 3 months

- Mindfulness Training

- Informal Game days

- Meditative Retreats

- Festival Celebrations

- Outreach to other student organizations

- Gift bag project (for homeless population in Detroit)
