On this page, you will find many resources on improving mindfulness in your life. Mindfulness is the ability to perform a task with being completely engrossed in the present moment. 


This mindfulness challenge is intended to cultivate the practice of mindfulness and bring more awareness of the little things in life. It has many prompts and activities that will give you specific ways of becoming more mindful in your life.


MindMeditate is in a process of doing an MBSR course to learn more about mindfulness, meditation, and its practices for daily life. The file above goes to a google document with all resources and worksheets used for the course. The informal practices are recommended to finish this course, while the formal worksheets are optional. The readings and videos are highly recommended for personal learning.
